Participants (First authors) are required to submit full papers to online submission platform by 31 October 2026. The paper format can be referred to in the <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/paper_template_r3.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Full Paper Submission Guideline<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alignwide has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">~ If the papers you submitted are only intended to compete for the awards but not for publication in our conference proceeding, please specify in the online submission platform. The link to the paper submission platform will be announced later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"alignwide has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">~ Accepted presenters may submit full papers via the online system by the above-mentioned deadline, and they will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Please observe the <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/paper_template_r3.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Full Paper Submission Guideline<\/a> to prepare your papers. Please note that the submission of a full paper is not a mandatory requirement.
