Abstracts (including title and keywords) should be written in English or Chinese within 600 words. If it is written in other language(s), please also submit a version in English or Chinese. The paper title, author name(s) and affiliation must be provided in both English and Chinese.
The abstract should summarize the purpose of the study, methods, major findings, supplemented with evidence/examples. Please submit the abstract through the online system for review by the submission deadline.
1 July 2026: Notification of abstract acceptance
The review result of abstract proposals will be notified to the participants via email and announced on the conference website.
15 – 25 July 2026: Registration
1 August 2026: Issuance of official invitation letter
31 October 2026: Deadline for full paper submission
Participants applying for the “Outstanding Paper Award for Postgraduate Student” or “Outstanding Paper Award for Young Scholar” (who are Associate Professors or below) must be the first authors and are required to submit full papers.
~ Accepted presenters may submit full papers via the online system by the above-mentioned deadline, and they will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Please observe the Full Paper Submission Guideline to prepare your papers. Please note that the submission of a full paper is not a mandatory requirement. The paper should be your original work, except where due acknowledgment is made, and it has not been previously published.
